This proprietary system allows the customer to use their iPhone or iTouch device as the remote control to operate their Elite Grand Series machine. The wi-fi router that is installed in the machine will connect with your phone to control your machine remotely. The system is compatible with the Elite Grand IV, Grand V, Grand V Limited Edition, and Phenom and Phenom 2 model machines. Once the function is installed in the machine, the Lobster Remote Application can be downloaded for free from iTunes.

The iPhone Remote Control system consists of two key elements for allowing you to use your iPhone or iTouch device as your remote control for your Lobster tennis ball machine. The first element is downloading the free Lobster Sports Remote application to your iPhone or iTouch device, which is available through Apple iTunes. The second element requires the purchase of the Wi-Fi Remote Control receiver that will be factory installed into your Lobster tennis ball machine.

Lobster Remote Control App

The new and enhanced iPhone App now allows for "Response Display" or visual feedback on your iPhone. When you depress a button on the iPhone to make changes to any program mode or shot element selection a window will hover and display the changes made to your ball machine. Furthermore, by depressing the logo button on the top of the iPhone screen a window will appear displaying the current settings depicted on the machine's LCD display. This app works on all Grand Series machines (EL04/EL05/EL05LE) and Phenom Series machines (EC01/EC02).

Lobster Ultimate Control Remote App

Our new iPhone Ultimate Control Remote has the unique ability to provide programmability of your Grand V, Grand V Limited Edition, or Phenom 2 custom court drills. Now you can create, alter, or delete any custom court drills directly from your iPhone, iTouch, or iPad. You can create up to six custom court drills with each drill having up to six sequential shots. Assign an independent ball speed, ball spin, and ball feed rate for each and every shot within the custom court drill created.

The two product images below depict two different screen shots of the new programmable feature. The first image displays the screen allowing you to select the ball location in which you want the ball to land. The second image displays the screen that allows you to independently assign a ball speed, ball spin, and ball feed rate for each ball within the court drill. (The custom programming feature of the iPhone Ultimate Control Remote app does not work on EL04/EC01 models... upgrades are available).

For those customers seeking to utilize either of the iPhone Remote Control Apps, along with the more traditional hand-held controller, you can now have the best of both worlds. The iPhone Remotes can be used in combination with the Grand Remote Control giving you the unique option of using either the more traditional hand-held controller or your iPhone to control and operate your Lobster Sports tennis ball machine. Whether your choice is to utilize the iPhone Remote or the Grand 20-Function Remote, or both, you will gain greater control of your training regimen. Either remote control system allows you to make instantaneous changes to functions like: play/pause, oscillation sweep, fully random, 2-line, speed, feed, spin, and much more.
